Requirements  when installing a water purifier RO

  • The device must be installed in a dry place, moisture can damage electrical equipment and contacts.
  • There must be enough space for the operator (at least 1m in front and behind)
  • Place the fine filter in the appropriate place, in the order of sand, activated carbon, water softener
  • The equipment is securely grounded, allowing certified technicians to do electrical work
  • Make sure the temperature is around 4-450C, otherwise the device may be damaged
  • The level of the purified water tank must be no higher than 1.5 m from the purified water outlet otherwise the membrane may be damaged.
  • The diameter of the connecting pipes is not smaller than the outlet of pure water and wastewater

Instructions for installing RO water purifier

  • After installation, let water pass through for the first 5 minutes, then start the power pump. Check the water supply pressure, if the pressure is lower than 2.03 kgf/cm2 the system will be stopped by the guard.
  • Flush the unit’s sand filter during initial run
  • Turn on the water supply, set the manual valve of the sand filter to the “normal wash” or “backwash” position, set the working switch to the “manual” position then press the “fine filter wash” button for 10 minutes .
  • After washing is completed, set the manual valve to the “operating” position and the working switch is off
  • Turn on the water supply, set the manual valve of the activated carbon filter to the “normal wash” or “backwash” position, turn the working switch to the “manual” position, then press “fine filter wash” for 10 minutes. .
  • After washing, turn the manual valve to the “operating” position and the operating switch turns off
  • Take a sample from the purified water outlet using a clean cup and test water quality
  • If the device output quality is satisfactory, then switch the device to automatic operating state and produce water continuously.
  • Adjust the pressure to adjust the ratio of clean water and wastewater. Adjusting the ratio is not recommended to the user, set to the default ratio before leaving the factory.
